I am an Applied Research Engineer on the AI Companion Team at KRAFTON, where we develop AI-powered Co-Playable Characters (CPCs) that can interact with users in real-time gaming environments, providing strategic collaboration and proactive guidance to enhance gameplay experiences. My work focuses on training and evaluating small language model agents.

I earned my M.S. degree from KAIST Graduate School of AI, advised by Minjoon Seo in Language & Knowledge Lab. My research centered on externalizing implicit context to improve the reliability and alignment of language models (EMNLP 2024, NeurIPS 2024).

Previously, I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and AI from Seoul National University. I also interned at FriendliAI in its early stages, envisioning the business impact of generative AI.
